Titans remove last players from COVID-19 list among 5 roster moves

The Tennessee Titans made a handful of roster moves on Tuesday, the biggest of which was the activation of tight end MyCole Pruitt from the Reserve/COVID-19 list.

Tennessee also made a slew of moves with players on the practice squad. Defensive back Breon Borders was removed from the COVID-19 list, and tight end Parker Hesse was added to the practice squad. Defensive backs Maurice Smith and Greg Mabin were cut to make room for Hesse and Borders.

And with that, the Titans no longer have anyone left on the COVID-19 list. My, how far we’ve come since the team experienced an outbreak of the virus.

Pruitt is the second player from the 53-man roster to be activated this week, as wide receiver Corey Davis came off the list on Monday. Both players should be available for the Week 7 tilt against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Pruitt is primarily used as a blocker for the Titans, but he does have three catches for 17 yards and a touchdown in three games this season.
