Christmas is 15 days away, and if you're still shopping for gifts there is still time to get it all done (and we've got loads of gift guides to help you find the perfect thing for everyone). In fact, today is Green Monday, making it the perfect day to knock out the rest of your list.

What is Green Monday? It's actually not about being more eco-friendly (although there are options for that). No, Green Monday is a relatively new name for what is quickly becoming the biggest shopping day in December. Back in 2007, eBay launched the very first Green Monday sale on the second Monday of December to help out last-minute shoppers like us, and now everyone's jumping on board.

To make it easier to find the best offers, we rounded up all the best sales, including out top favorite deals:

The Instant Pot is, year after year, one of the most sought-after gifts for the holidays. Last year, the DUO60 7-in-1 model sold out after seeing big sales on Black Friday and Cyber Monday. This year? It's no different. But you can still get a great deal on its bigger counterpart.

The 8-quart model is great if you have a large, hungry family or if you're a meal-prepper, and we love the sub-$100 price. It's not the best price we've seen, but given the limited inventory, we think it's still worth snatching up. Plus, you can choose between Target and Amazon and get the same price.

If you want to give someone you love the gift of Apple this year, today's a good day to do it. Amazon, B&H, Best Buy, and eBay are all discounting different Apple products today. We're especially excited about the 2018 32GB iPad on Amazon for $250. But if you're looking for more memory, Best Buy has the 2015 iPad mini 4 with 128GB for the same price. The Apple Watch is discounted to varying degrees for the Series 3 and 4 models from Amazon and B&H too.

There are a lot of sales happening on eBay right now, and this Dyson eBay store discount is one of the best. Not only can you save 20% on some of the best vacuums money can buy, but they're also offering this sale for their unusually attratctive fans and even the high-end Dyson Hair dryer that we loved despite the too-high price.

Right now, and through Dec. 12, you can get 20% off all of them with the code "JOYOFDYSON." The one catch is that many of these models are refurbished, but this is Dyson's eBay outlet store, so you know it was refurbished by the experts. These are our three favorites:

If you watch TV at all,or use Facebook at all, you've been inundated with ads for their new hands-free video calling device. What sets this one apart from the Google Home Hub, the Echo Show, and your smartphone is that it automatically tracks you as you move. You no longer are stuck standing in one spot just to chat with a loved one and see their face. It's pretty nifty, and right now both the Portal and Portal Plus are on sale on Amazon for 25% and 14% off, respectively.

Amazon: While not officially observing Green Monday, today is day 9 of Amazon's 12 Days of Deals. The theme this Monday? Electronics!

B&H: Find savings on all sorts of popular tech gadgets, from Apple Watches and iPads to cameras and smart home devices.

Best Buy: Find savings on virtually every product category today. Plus, Best Buy's in the middle of a 20-day run of daily doorbusters. Today, day 10, features the 2015 iPad Mini for $249.99 (usually $400), which is a great price for a solid little tablet. Please note that they haven't released a new model since Mach of last year and will likely release one soon, according to Mac Rumors.

Dick's Sporting Goods: Take $20 off $100 orders, $35 off $150, or $50 off orders $200.

eBay: In addition to a 10% discount on 2018 MacBook Airs, you can find all sorts of savings and discounts on the site that started the Green Monday trend. Make sure you research sellers before you buy. Anyone with less than 4 starts should be avoided, and check shipping times too!

JC Penney: Get 25% off orders under $100 and 30% orders over $100 with promo code "6ACTNOW"

Jet.com: While not advertising their deals as "Green Monday" sales, Jet's got loads of great savings on things like Google Home smart assistants, video and board games, toys galore, tech products, kitchen gadgets, and more.

Kohl's: Save 20% on purchases of $100 or more with the code "USAVEMORE." Plus get $10 Kohl's Cash for every $50 spent.

L.L.Bean: Get 25% off your order with the code "GIFT25." And if you spend at least $50, you'll get a $10 gift card too. Awesome.

Levi's: Get 40% off sitewide and free shipping with the code "GREEN40."

Macy's: Get up to 30% off select items and get free shipping on orders $25 or more with the code "FRIEND."

Madewell: Get 20% off sitewide or get 30% off when you spend $200 or more with the code "MERRYME."
