Today on CNN 10 all eyes are on Tropical Storm Idalia, which is expected to become a hurricane as it makes its way toward the western coast of Florida. The storm is expected to make landfall this week and Florida governor Ron DeSantis has declared a state of emergency. Then, CNN 10 is traveling to China, where new screen time limits could become law. And in the US eight states have abolished the tipped minimum wage, but some business owners and employees don’t want the change.
