Hoda Kotb and Savannah Guthrie are continuing to celebrate their friendship amid all of the noise.

While the Today show co-hosts have pressed on reporting the latest news headlines on NBC like usual, it seems the tabloids have been busy at work trying to drum up drama with their alleged "sources." Despite some outlets spreading ceaseless rumors that there is an ongoing feud between the two, a Today show insider tells Good Housekeeping that these claims couldn't be further from the truth.

"It's unfortunate to see and hear rumors that are not based in reality," they said. "However, it's not bothersome because we have the truth on our side. Savannah and Hoda have blazed a trail by supporting one another and other women. It's disappointing that a manufactured 'feud' is what generates clickbait instead of their achievements."

So there you have it. And in case you missed it, Good Housekeeping featured both Savannah and Hoda on the cover of our April 2022 issue. Based on what we observed during their photo shoot and interview back in January, they were supportive of each other and couldn't have been more gracious and fun to work with behind the scenes.

In fact, after their photo shoot, they spoke to us at length about how they lean on each other for parenting advice. Savannah and her husband Michael Feldman are parents to Vale, 8, and Charley, 5; Hoda co-parents daughters Haley, 5, and Hope, 3, with her ex-fiancé Joel Schiffman.

"I have some nights where I really messed up and I know I did, and I come in the next morning [thinking], I feel terrible for what I did. What was I thinking? Why did I think that was going to work? They [My kids] went to bed crying," Hoda said. "Like, I don’t want that to be me. But then I talk to Savannah. [She’ll say], 'That was my Wednesday.' It makes you feel less alone."

Savannah replied at the time: "Sometimes it’s enjoyable to just vent to each other. We trade parenting tips or ideas, or sometimes I listen to Hoda FaceTime with her kids. It’s amazing to be in a very high-pressure job but also have someone who understands the other high-pressure job you have and can carry it with you."

Sounds pretty supportive to us! And in case you need further evidence, on August 9, Savannah posted a series of photos on Instagram in honor of Hoda’s 58th birthday. “She is our sunshine ☀️ happy birthday, @hodakotb!!!” she captioned the pictures, one of which was from our cover shoot.

“Love [you] my girl xoxox,” Hoda replied in Savannah’s Instagram comments section.

After her short and sweet message, the I Really Needed This Today author further expressed her appreciation in a different Instagram post that was just as heartwarming. “Just because-- and thank you!!! It was absolutely perfect !! Xoxoox,” Hoda wrote alongside several snaps of them through the years.

Without skipping a beat, Savannah shared a sweet note with her fellow co-star. “Love you mostest 😍,” she responded.

Reacting to Hoda’s latest Instagram post, Today show fans wasted no time rallying behind the real-life friends in the comments section. “May we all have a friend who hugs us like you hug Savannah ❤️,” one person wrote. “So happy to see this ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️,” another added. “You two are killing it! ❤️ don’t listen to the noise!” a different person said.

Agreed! In short, there's nothing to see here, except two friends and co-workers supporting one another. So let's move on from all the hearsay, shall we?
