Toddler With Cerebral Palsy Walks With Pacer for First Time in Northern Utah
A 3-year-old with cerebral palsy used a pacer to take a walk in Clinton, Utah, reportedly using it for the first time.
Footage taken of Bowie taken by his mother Lauren Wilkes shows him walking with a pacer down a sidewalk and flashing a smile.
