We’ve reached the french fry finals. Vote now for the Triangle’s best fries
The Triangle’s French Fry Final is here and it’s an all-local affair.
The three finalists are food truck Not Just a Fry Guy, Al’s Burger Shack and Durham steakhouse NanaSteak.
▪ Not Just a Fry Guy has led most of the rounds in the French Fry Bracket, but it all comes down to the final. The food truck is popular for plates of loaded, hand-cut fries.
▪ Al’s Burger Shack has been called the nation’s top burger, but is also famous for crinkle cut fries seasoned with salt and rosemary.
▪ And NanaSteak, the fanciest fry left standing, cooks its hand cut fries in beef fat for a rich and crispy flavor.
Here’s how it works in the Final Round: Voters can only pick one of the remaining french fry joints, but can vote as many times as they’d like. The poll closes Tuesday, Aug. 29 at noon.
