Toll House Now Has Mini Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches And We’re Gonna Eat The Whole Box
The genius who put ice cream between two chocolate chip cookies should be on Mount Rushmore. Their portrait should hang in the Louvre. They are an icon and they are the moment. But sometimes, it's possible to improve upon perfection, and these mini chocolate chip ice cream sandwiches just might do it.
These Nestle Toll House Mini Vanilla Chocolate Chip Cookie Sandwiches were spotted by Instagrammer @snackstalker this week. On first glance, they look a lot like a Chipwich, the dessert mash-up we all know and love. But when you look a little deeper, you realize they're teensy tiny little sandwiches, perfect for snacking.

People in the comments went wild for these guys, pointing out how great they for people who can't eat a whole ice cream sandwich (literally, what's that like??) and how much of a game changer they are for the freezer aisle.
Though they're mini, they come 12 to a package. if they're true to size to the ones on the box...I don't think I'm alone in saying I'm about one bad day away from wiping out a whole box of these myself. Just! Being! Honest! I could even see you topping an ice cream sundae with these! Putting them on a cake? The possibilities? They are endless, my dudes!
Snackstalker found these at Kroger but I wouldn't be surprised if you start seeing these pop up wherever the big ones are sold, especially once we get closer to summer.
