British designer Tom Dixon is set to launch a new set of interior accessories in Paris this autumn.

The Maison&Objet Designer of the Year for 2014 will be present at the major Paris design fair in September to showcase his brand's new pieces.

The new designs have been inspired by myriad concepts, from engineering and physics to the natural world, with British heritage as the main focus.

New products include the "Plane Chandelier," a new addition to the "Plane" collection, a brass statement light comprising 18 double-layered white glass spheres distributed over three tiers. The piece makes use of geometric shapes to create a minimal, sculptural aesthetic.

Also new for this autumn is "Tank", a glassware accessories line made from mouth-blown glass, featuring generously proportioned decorative objects.

Dixon's "Scent" series of candles and diffusers inspired by medieval alchemy will also be on show at the fair.

The designer is also set to reveal his creative process at Maison&Objet with "The Factory," an installation featuring live on-site production.

Maison&Objet runs September 5-9.
