Tom Parker making documentary on his brain cancer battle for Channel 4
Tom Parker has announced he is making a documentary about his brain cancer battle.
The Wanted singer shared last year that he had been diagnosed with stage four glioblastoma and has continually shared updates on his health.
Posting the news to Instagram on Wednesday, Parker revealed the programme was for Channel 4 and its Stand Up 2 Cancer programming.

He said: "For the past few months @being_kelsey and I have been working with the good people at Spungold TV on a documentary for @channel4 and Stand Up 2 Cancer.
"As well as looking at our story, I’ve also been meeting some amazing people who are suffering from the same disease and meeting doctors and activists who are trying every day to raise awareness and to fight for more funding for vital research into brain cancer."
He also declared he would be staging a concert to raise money for cancer charities.
"I have also decided to stage a fundraising concert, with some great artists, to raise money for @su2cuk and the National Brain Appeal and I’m really excited to tell you all the details very soon," he went on.

"It’s been an eye opening, and at times, an emotional process but I’m really proud of what we are creating. It’s time to raise awareness and increase the money available for research and if I can help do that with this project then I’ll be a very happy man!

Shortly after he shared his diagnosis last year, he welcomed son Bodhi with his wife Kelsey. The couple are also parents to daughter Aurelia.
Earlier this year the father-of-two said that following treatment, he had been told his tumour had a 'significant reduction' in size.
He and Kelsey later said they were planning to have more children together as a result of the positive news.
