- The family of an 11-year-old boy, who died during the cold this week, is now filing a lawsuit. Houston attorney Tony Busby is representing the family of Christian Pavon, of Conroe. Family says he had no underlying conditions and believe he died from hypothermia. Busby is suing ERCOT and Entergy, the Pavone family's power company.

- People want answers. They want to know how this could possibly happen, when Texas is supposedly the number one energy provider in the country. - We are working to get a comment from ERCOT and Entergy. The funeral for Christian Pavon will be held next week in the Woodlands.
