The top 10 ZIP codes for the most eviction filings account for one-third of all the moves by landlords to get tenants out of rentals, according to an Arizona Republic analysis.

Half of the neighborhoods with the most evictions in 2022 are on metro Phoenix’s west side, an area long considered the most affordable part of the Valley.

85301 — Central Glendale

This area, which includes downtown Glendale, had more evictions than any other metro Phoenix neighborhood. The area is home to many affordable apartment complexes near Glendale Community College and Grand Canyon University.
