The 10 Best Movie Trailers Of 2021, Ranked By Someone Who Literally Writes About Movie Trailers For A Living

Good day, lovely readers! It is I, everyone's most-tolerated "BuzzFeed Dot Com: The Website: The Movie: The Sequel" writer/editor/ghoul, Allie, back at it again with another movie-related ranking!

Warner Bros.

In case you have zero idea who I am or what I'm talking about (so, basically, in case you're not my mom), I do a lot of rankings for this site you're on. In fact, here are some other ones, if you want to check 'em out: Horror Movie Jump Scares, 21st-Century Fight Scenes, Underrated Disney Songs, Shocking Plot Twists, Gory Scenes in Horror Movies, Love Declarations in Romantic Movies, Musical Moments In Non-Musical Movies, and most recently Best First Kisses In Movies.

Now, this ranking's a little more timely (and, let's be real, a little more focused) than my other rankings, as I've taken it upon myself to rank my personal favorite movie trailers to drop in the year 2021! Literally the only criteria for this ranking are that 1) it has to be a trailer for a feature-length film and 2) the trailer (not necessarily the movie) has to have premiered in 2021. Got it? I sure hope so!

NBC

So with all of that in mind, here are the top 10 best movie trailers of 2021, ranked by someone who's thought just a little too hard about this:

10.Scream, Official Trailer

9.Licorice Pizza, Official Trailer

8.The Suicide Squad, Official Red Band Trailer

7.Shiva Baby, Official Trailer

6.Last Night in Soho, Official Teaser

5.House of Gucci, Official Trailer

4.The Harder They Fall, Official Teaser

3.Spider-Man: No Way Home, Official Teaser

2.The Green Knight, Official Trailer

1.The Matrix Resurrections, Official Trailer 1

All right, my friends, you've read my humble ranking but now I want to hear all about yours! What was your personal favorite movie trailer to drop in 2021? Heck, what was your favorite movie?! Share all of your thoughts in the comments below!

Warner Bros.

And, as usual, be nice because I do read all of my comments on these! Or don't be nice! It's okay! I'm not your mom and we all have bad days! Anyway, love ya! See ya in the next one! Good thing I'm not paid by the exclamation point or BuzzFeed wouldn't be able to afford me!!!

The year is almost over and we're looking back on 2021. Check out more from the year here!
