The Films of Stanley Kramer and Spencer Tracy
Award-winning educator James Griswold returns to Rancho Mirage Public Library with a weekly series of classic films by Director Stanley Kramer, featuring Spencer Tracy. Griswold will introduce each film and follow-up each screening with an informal "talk-back" session. This week will be "Judgment at Nuremberg," place in 1948 where an American court in occupied Germany tries four Nazis judged for war crimes.

Free Concerts in the Park
The Free Concerts in the Park series is returning to Palm Desert with four shows throughout the month of October. This week, The Dreamboats bring vintage rock n' roll to the park.

Palm Springs Rewinds: Tim Burton's 'Beetlejuice'
Palm Springs Rewinds is an ongoing film series featuring film screenings from acclaimed contemporary directors. This week, the Palm Springs Cultural Center will screen "Beetlejuice."

Gregory Douglass Live
Pop singer and songwriter Gregory Douglass will have an acoustic performance at the Palm Springs Cultural Center as a part of the "Come On Up" series. The performance will celebrate and raise awareness for Douglass's crowdfunding campaign in support of his forthcoming studio album "This Dream."

15th Annual Concert for Autism
The annual Concert for Autism is returning for its 15th year. The concert is put on by a group of Coachella Valley musicians who have personal connections to Autism, such as family or friends living with the disorder. Funds raised from the concert will be donated to Desert Autism Foundation.

Pop-up Museum: ChEAT Day Land
