The Palm Springs Cultural Center presents live music at the VIP Lounge every week. Sundays brings Keisha D. to the stage for Soulful Sundays, followed by Mon Petit Salon on Mondays and Leanna and the Jazz Collective on Tuesdays.

Celebrate the summer season with a Coachella Valley summer tradition: baseball. The Palm Springs Power baseball team is playing its 18th season this summer.

Strong Words: Grown Up Stories For Adventurous Audiences

Latin American actress, comedian and human rights activist Selene Luna will speak at the Strong Words storytelling event at Palm Springs Cultural Center.

Enjoy a night of storytelling presented by Larry Dean Harris, Adam Ross, Mario Diaz, Roy Cruz, Selene Luna and Darya Teasewell. The mission of "Strong Words" is to create a community where diversity is encouraged and embraced through storytelling, music and art.

Free Movies for the Kids

The Cathedral City Parks and Community Events Commission partnered with the Mary Pickford Theatre to present a free summer movie series for kids. This week, the theater will screen "Peter Rabbit."

VillageFest

The Summer Sing-A-Long series is back with returning and new musicals every week. Start off the night with a happy hour upstairs in the VIP lounge with drink specials, Mildred's happy hour menu and episodes of "Schmigadoon!" and "Glee." The song leaders from the Palm Springs Gay Men's Chorus will join the sing-a-long film. This week's screening will be "South Park: Bigger, Longer, Uncut"
