The top 2024 Clemson football recruits attending camp this week

Clemson coach Dabo Swinney's annual summer football camp begins on Wednesday with the workouts usually prompting a handful of early offers to players most highly regarded for the 2024 class.
The Tigers have offered only three rising juniors for that cycle – a pair of Georgia defenders in linebacker Sammy Brown (ranked ninth overall in the 247Sports Composite) and lineman Hevin Brown-Shuler (22nd overall) and on Tuesday offered Texas quarterback DJ Lagway (18th overall).
The majority of Clemson's top 2023 targets are not participating, but several are scheduled for campus visits from Friday into Sunday.
Here's a look at the highest-ranked 2024 prospects scheduled to take part in camp Wednesday or Thursday.
QB Jadyn Davis
Height/weight: 6-0, 190
School: Providence Day (Charlotte, N.C.)
Rankings: No. 2 overall, No. 1 QB

What to know: Received an Alabama offer when he was 13 years old. Clemson will be the one time he throws in front of coaches this summer since he doesn't have an offer from the program.

What to know: Plays wide receiver and safety, but likely projects as a defender in college. A top sprinter in Georgia, he has a personal best of 10.76 in the 100 meters.

What to know: He threw for 2,513 yards with 25 touchdowns and eight interceptions this past season helping his team to a 12-1 record.

What to know: Clemson has had outstanding recent success grabbing offensive linemen out of Ohio. Both Jackson Carmen and Matt Bockhorst were All-ACC selections, and current Tiger Blake Miller was the 16th-ranked tackle in the 2020 class.

TE Christian Bentancur
