St. Pete Pride Parade, Trans March and Festival: The festival begins at 2 p.m. in North Straub Park with a variety of local vendors, food trucks, a DJ and a beer garden. Vinoy Park hosts this year’s main entertainment stage, VIP cabanas and more. The parade runs from Albert Whitted Park to Vinoy Park along Bayshore Drive. Free. 2-10 p.m. Saturday (June 24). Lights by the Bay: Clearwater Marine Aquarium throws this after-hours party featuring more than 150 drones performing aerial maneuvers and light displays, all set against the backdrop of the aquarium and Clearwater Bay. The show will focus on CMA’s mission of rescue, rehab and release, in addition to the animals who have shaped the aquarium’s history. In addition to the drone show, there will be live music, food, drinks, games, face painting and access to all aquarium exhibits and the Dolphin Complex. $55, $35 ages 3-12. 6:30-9:30 p.m. Saturday (June 24).
