In the last week or so, he has covered why mortgage 'rate shock' is hitting home sales, but not yet pricing, in Oklahoma City, detailed plans on a massive new industrial development, and even took some time to interview a local broker who flies his own helicopter to property locations. Oh, and he takes his dog as a sort of co-captain on the flights, as well.
