Here's a look at the top performers in football from the Shreveport-Bossier City area for games played Thursday and Friday.

Jayden Edwards, Captain Shreve: Edwards rushed 22 times for 166-yards and four TDs against Loyola.

Jaylan White, Parkway: White rushed 10 times for 145 yards and two touchdowns against Minden.

Josh Allen, Byrd: Allen rushed three times for 122 yards in a 395-yard rushing effort by the Jackets against Pleasant Grove before leaving the game in the second quarter with an injury.

Omarion Miller, North Caddo: The Nebraska commitment had a 78-yard touchdown reception and a 60-yard interception returned for a touchdown against Bossier.

Tackett Curtis, Many: Curtis returned two punts for scores and tossed a TD pass to lift the Tigers to a win.

Rashard Douglas, Haughton: Douglas had five catches for 100-yards and three TDs against Red River.

Zach Halbert, Benton: Halbert blocked a key Northwood punt and recorded 4.5 tackles against Northwood.

Connor Blank, Haughton: Blank had nine tackles, including one for a loss and one sack to lead the Bucs to a shutout against Red River.

Malachi Jackson, Winnfield: Jackson scored three TDs in a win over Pineville.
