Kameron Brown, Palo Duro

Avery Randle and Charlie Love Jr. made a series of big plays, as well, but Brown did a bit of everything to get PD as close as he could to victory before losing to Wylie. Brown rushed for 164 yards and two scores while blocking an extra point late.

JQ Ervin, Amarillo High

Ervin's total yardage doesn't jump out at you, but playing in his first game since the season opener, he scored two touchdowns in a 17-14 win. That's enough to get him a spot here.

Shayne Franks, Follett

What didn't Franks do this past week? He rushed for 172 yards and three touchdowns on 14 carries, compiled nine tackles and an interception on defense and went five-for-five on touchbacks on kickoffs.

Armando Lujan, Kagan Davis and Dawson Bennett, Sunray

Another week, another dominant passing performance from the Bobcats. Lujan went 22-of-46 for 328 yards and four touchdowns. He threw two interceptions, but also rushed for 102 yards and two touchdowns on the ground. Davis hauled in eight catches for 151 yards and two touchdowns while Bennett had eight catches for 124 yards and two touchdowns.

Dawson Jaco and Ivan Soto, Bushland

The Falcons had an outstanding bounce back win over Dalhart. Soto rushed for 124 yards on 13 carries while Jaco threw five touchdowns.

Bryce Braden and Mauricio Duran, Stratford

Duran carried the ball just eight times, but still managed to score twice and put up 107 yards on the ground. Braden went 4-for-4 passing for 111 yards and three touchdowns while rushing for another score.

Chris LaBue, Javin Cash and Elijah Smothermon, Canyon

LaBue ran for 155 yards and a touchdown on offense, while putting up 16 tackles, three of which went for a loss on defense. Cash was a force of his own with 21 tackles, six for a loss, and two pressures. And Smothermon? All he did was kick the game-winning, walk-off field goal for the Eagles as time expired.

Parker Dunnam and Emmanuel Ibanez, Dumas

Dunnam had 16 tackles and two pass breakups. Even in a losing effort, that's enough to get recognition. Ibanez did a bit of everything as he threw for 108 yards and a touchdown, while rushing for 175 yards and two touchdowns. He also intercepted a pass on defense.

Koein Maeda, Tulia

Even in a defeat, Maeda made his presence known with three catches for 106 yards and a touchdown, while picking up six tackles and a pass deflection on defense.

Logan Gray and Tyler Brooks, Borger

Even in defeat, these two did their part. Gray compiled 20 tackles on defense while Brooks hauled in seven catches for 151 yards and a score.

Alec Actkinson, Farwell

The quarterback was 3-of-6 passing for 161 yards and three touchdowns, while rushing for 31 yards and two touchdowns on three carries. To say he was efficient would be an understatement.

Davian McMullen, Muleshoe

It was defeat for the Mules this week, but McMullen made his presence felt with 13 tackles.

Drake Rabe, Dareon Mathis and Lamont Nickleberry, Childress

Rabe threw for 200 yards and three touchdowns, Mathis ran for two scores and 157 yards on just eight carries and Nickleberry hauled in four catches for 134 yards and three scores while throwing another.

Landyn Hack, Panhandle

Another outstanding performance from Hack as he tossed five touchdowns and ran for another.

Jmaury Davis, Clarendon

Davis was outstanding as he rushed for 226 yards and two touchdowns in the win over Shamrock.

Kit Macina, Shamrock

Macina nearly delivered the win for Shamrock as he rushed for two scores and 102 yards.

Zevan Gonzales and Kalub Ramirez, Hereford

Not all heroes wear capes, they just play for the Whitefaces. Ramirez was as close to perfect as you can ask for as he went 20-of-29 for 376 yards and five touchdowns. He was aided by Gonzales who hauled in five catches for 193 yards and three touchdowns.

Austin Valle, Memphis

Valle rushed for 138 yards and two touchdowns on 19 carries in a win over Wheeler.

Treshun Wilson and Hudson Farris, Tascosa

Wilson rushed for 117 yards and two touchdowns, while Farris rushed for 97 yards and two touchdowns in the win over Cooper.

Haiden Thompson, Miami

Finished with 167 yards and three rushing scores, 170 yards and two touchdowns passing, 14 tackles and an interception on defense, and kicked the game-winning, 20-yard field goal with seven seconds left. Just Haiden Thompson doing Haiden Thompson things.
