These are the highest-priced transfers of residential property in central Ohio from April  25-29, 2022, according to public records.

Here's an overall snapshot of the number of homes sold during that period:

Delaware County: 48 homes sold; average price:  $460,942; total value: $22.1 million

Fairfield County: 36 homes sold; average price: $293,148; total value: $10.6 million    

Franklin County: 496 homes sold; average price: $295,098; total value: $146.4 million

Licking County:  46 homes sold; average price:  $287,333; total value: $13.2 million

Union County*: 74 homes sold; average price:  $374,901; total value: $27.7 million
