"We pride ourselves in offering that to our staff as well as a great work environment and culture which is really important to us," Deiter said. "We have a pretty wide footprint on the southwest coast of Florida. We're really proud of the work that we do serving our communities every day from early learning education to our family facility branches in which we have our wellness centers and then in a lot of our educational facilities. We partner with after school communities where we have after school programs. (We are) really excited to be one of the leaders in the communities, it's really a passion of ours."
