Torchy's Tacos to open in Fishers, second Indiana location for Austin, Texas, restaurant
Torchy’s Tacos, the fast-growing Austin, Texas-brand, is coming to Fishers.
The fast-casual chain is known for unique craft tacos — its fried avocado taco includes refried pinto beans and is dressed with pico de gallo and poblano sauce; and a Jamaican jerk option has chicken, grilled jalapenos, mango and diablo sauce.
A green chile queso, margaritas and an untraditional Taco of the Month offering also draw crowds.
The Fishers store, at Fishers Station at 11595 Whistle Drive, is expected to open this winter. It will be Indiana’s second Torchy's restaurant. A shop in Jeffersonville opened in April 2021.

The 15-year-old Torchy's Tacos has about 100 locations.
