Tori Roloff Writes Heartbreaking Plea to Be “Kind” After She Gets Body-Shamed While Pregnant

From Good Housekeeping

  • Tori Roloff of Little People, Big World posted an important message about being "kind" after getting body-shamed on Instagram.

  • Tori is pregnant with a baby girl, which will be her and Zach Roloff's second child together. They also are parents to their 2-year son, Jackson.

When Tori Roloff got body-shamed over the weekend, the Little People Big World star took the opportunity to share an important message about respecting one another.

Per Us Weekly, the pregnant mom-of-one received an awful direct message on Instagram from an internet troll. In the message, the person said terrible things about Tori's body and told her that she should "try to be healthy" for her family.

In response, Tori screenshotted the message for her Instagram Stories and wrote over it that she could "not believe women talk to other women like this."

"Calling me fat and unhealthy is the most disgusting thing ever. Comparing me to others is so detrimental. If you want me to be healthy for my family you should be lifting me up not tearing me down. GTFO" she responded. "I'm pregnant and myself and baby girl are healthy as can be."

In a separate Instagram Stories post, Tori clarified that she was re-posting the DM as a way to "remind everyone to be kind to one another."

"This account is meant to be a place of love and kindness," she wrote. "For every terrible message I get, I get 47293739 messages of love. I love my fans so much and I love sharing my life with you all. Just remember to be kind to one another. Always."

She continued: "Thank you guys for always keeping it real with me. I'm only here to do me. And if that means eating a milkshake a day guess what? IM HERE FOR IT."

It's truly heartbreaking that Tori has to deal with this nonsense while also being nine months pregnant with her and Zach Roloff's second child. What's more, she's been open about the fact that this pregnancy has been especially tough for her.

In her late first/early second trimester, Tori revealed that she had experienced "all the symptoms" this time around, despite only having an aversion to eggs when she was expecting with her now 2-year-old son, Jackson. That likely means Tori dealt with dizziness, nausea, vomiting, constipation, and more, according to Mayo Clinic.

Despite having a hard time, Tori is very happy to have a new Roloff in the family really soon.

"Jackson keeps pointing at my belly telling me to look at baby," Tori wrote alongside a photo of her and her son. "We already love this girl so much and I think we’re all excited to finally meet her, but for right now I’m soaking in this moment."
