Tornado Flips Truck in Dashcam Video From Louisiana Suburb

A dashboard camera inside parked vehicle captured a tornado flipping over a truck and damaging buildings as it tore through the New Orleans suburb of Gretna, Louisiana, on Wednesday, December 14.

The tornado passed by the home of Richard Rivera, whose dashcam captured the moment.

“It was throwing multiple objects on the right side of my car, which is heavily damaged,” Rivera told Storyful. “It pushed over this 18-wheeler like if it was nothing.”
