Tornado warnings issued for Butler, northeastern Allegheny County, New Kensington, Washington areas

Oct. 22—The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued tornado warnings for multiple counties in Southwestern Pennsylvania on Thursday evening.

Tornado warnings have been issued for areas including northeastern Allegheny County, New Kensington, Washington and Canonsburg. They are in effect until 8 p.m., as is a tornado warning for the Butler and Prospect areas.
