Tornado Watch issued for parts of Southside & Central Virginia

ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR)– The National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Watch for several parts of Central and Southside Virginia.

The watch was issued for the following areas and is in effect until 7 p.m. on April 3:

  • Appomattox County

  • Campbell County

  • Charlotte County

  • Danville

  • Lynchburg

  • Halifax County

  • Pittsylvania County
