Total forced mobilization in place in Russia-occupied territories, says deputy defense minister

She said that over the last week, the enemy's main military efforts were concentrated primarily in the east, and their attempts to advance deeper into Donetsk Oblast had failed.
At the same time, the deputy minister noted that the losses of the Russian invading troops in manpower are increasing. As a result, the Russian army command is stepping up the practice of putting advanced units on indefinite terms of duty.
Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate notes that the decrease in the level of staffing of enemy units with troops is significantly affecting the morale and psychological state of Russian servicemen and so-called volunteers, and is lowering their motivation to participate in hostilities against Ukraine.

Taking into account the above, the Russian army command is "urgently carrying out" a total forced mobilization in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine by detaining men to send to the battle zone.
