One of the dishes on his tour is called ‘kras beid’

Bukhari says the quiche-like dish is not only a food,

but a social activity that brings people together

“In our area politics is a big part of the day of talk, so to have something different which is focusing on the culture and food, I found it to be unique and people enjoy it.”
