Track: Week 3 Sprint Around the GMC & Skyland Conferences

Week three continued the roller coaster ride with the weather as Wednesday saw 80-plus temperatures in many portions of the state, while the weekend was a mix of early morning wind and cold which turned out to be quite comfortable by the afternoon.

There were also a few more mid-week events being held which have proven to be great for the younger track athletes looking to build confidence and their resumés.

NOTE: This Saturday I will be either at the Blue Devil Relays in Westfield or at the Colts Neck Spring Invitational (Individual Events). It will be a race day decision.

Follow me for live updates, video footage of multiple events and photos of all the runners, jumpers and throwers who will compete in this Week’s Race To The Finish @bordenfb4ever on Twitter and @MyCentralJersey @MyCJSports.
