With Tropical Storm Isaias coming up the SE coast and a stalled cold front across the mountains, we’ll see an increased chance of showers and thunderstorms tonight through tomorrow. Some areas in the Mountains could get 2 inches of rain and the Upstate and Piedmont could see 1-1.5 inches of rain. Today will be mostly sunny, high of 92 in the Upstate, just an isolated afternoon shower. SW winds 6-15+. 80% chance of showers and thunderstorms on Monday, high of 86 for Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson. Back to a 30% chance of afternoon showers Tuesday through Friday. The Mountains will experience a greater chance of showers from the front after 1pm today, 60% chance, high of 85 for Asheville, Hendersonville. 80% chance of showers and thunderstorms on Monday, high of 82, then back to a 30 to 40% chance of afternoon showers and low 80s the rest of the week.
