Tractor trailer gets lodged into Factors Walk bridge, damaging bridge and pillar
Watch your step if you're headed to River Street this weekend.
On Friday, Savannah first responders shut down the Factors Walk bridge after a tractor trailer and damaged the bridge and its pillar.
Crews worked to help dislodge the vehicle with no injuries reported. All parking spaces in the area are being asked to be vacated, according to a City of Savannah press release.
