Tractor-trailer overturns into I-83 embankment
A tractor-trailer overturned and fell down an embankment Friday on Interstate 83 in Baltimore County. SkyTeam 11 video showed the tractor-trailer on its side on northbound I-83 near Mount Carmel Road in the Parkton area. SkyTeam 11 Capt. Roy Taylor said northbound I-83 was down to one lane in the 5 p.m. hour. Maryland Department of the Environment crews are at the scene to remove the fuel from the tractor-trailer, Taylor said. A cause of the crash remains under investigation.
