Tractor-trailer rollover damages MBTA fence, causing Red Line delays

Riders on the Red Line are being bused between some stops after a tractor-trailer rollover crash on the Southeast Expressway, the MBTA said. The crash happened on I-93 South in Dorchester, near the Savin Hill exit. The truck was on its side, and multiple travel lanes were closed. Transit police said the crash caused damage to fencing and created right-of-way interference for Red Line trains on the Braintree Branch. Shuttle buses were replacing service between JFK/UMass and North Quincy stations, and riders were told to expect delays.
