New traditional American spot Noble Bird Rotisserie debuts in Long Beach

A new traditional American spot has made its debut in the neighborhood. Located at 6460 E. Pacific Coast Highway, Suite 125 in Long Beach, the new addition is called Noble Bird Rotisserie.

Noble Bird Rotisserie specializes in rotisserie chicken. On the menu, choose between traditional chicken, with thyme, sage and lemon or g-chicken, with Korean chili, orange, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and honey.
