Trail Ridge Road in Rocky Mountain National Park temporarily closed by snow

Sep. 11—Trail Ridge Road in Rocky Mountain National Park was temporarily closed Monday morning for approximately two hours due to snow, icy road conditions and low visibility.

The same system that brought a dusting of snow to some locations in Colorado's high country is going to keep temperatures along the Front Range a bit cooler the next few days.

Tuesday's high in Boulder County should be about 75 under mostly sunny skies, and Friday may only hit 66, according to the National Weather Service.
