FRANCES WANG: In world news, crews are on the scene of an elevated train track collapse in Mexico City that killed 23 people and injured dozens more. As day broke, emergency crews worked to shore up the scene as crews search for more bodies. Security cameras captured the exact moment the track plummeted onto a busy road below. One subway car was left dangling from the overpass. Rescuers found four bodies inside, but safety concerns kept them from moving them. A crane was brought in to lower the car. The accident happened on one of the city's newest subway lines, which runs partially above ground but has had some structural issues. Mexico's prosecutor's office says it will investigate.
