Trains bearing Russian military symbols prevented from transiting Lithuania
The Service said that there were three such carriages in one train, and two in another. These supposedly empty carriages were intended to travel to Belarus.

Lithuanian border guards said that these five cars must be detached and returned back to Kaliningrad Oblast, a Russian exclave in Europe, to allow the trains to cross the Lithuanian border.
