Trash Bags Float Down Street as Flooding Hits Malta
Streets in Malta were flooded on Thursday, November 25, after 100 mm of rain hit parts of the country, Maltese Islands Weather said.
This footage, posted on Instagram by Gregory Downey, shows bags of trash floating down a street in Mosta.
Motorists had to be rescued from their cars in a number of locations after roads were blocked by water, the Times of Malta reported.
