Update: Swift’s concert Friday night has been rescheduled because of weather. “I love a rain show but I’m never going to endanger my fans or my fellow performers and crew,” she announced on social media Friday afternoon. “We’ve rescheduled tonight’s Buenos Aires show for Sunday due to the weather being so truly chaotic it would be unsafe to try and put on this concert. Good news is I get to stay in Argentina longer!!”

The Daily Mail published photos before noon Friday showing Travis Kelce arriving in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where new girlfriend Taylor Swift is kicking off the South American leg of her Eras Tour.

Kelce arrived just hours after attending a fundraiser in Kansas City for his good friend and teammate, Patrick Mahomes.

Kelce left Kansas City at 11 p.m. Thursday, according to the British tabloid.

The two are reuniting on a big day for Swift. On Friday, when Grammy nominations were announced, she made history by becoming the artist with the most nominations for song of the year, seven in all. She is nominated this year for “Anti-Hero,” a hit from her most recent album “Midnights,” which was also nominated for album of the year.

Swift’s fans, and the media, have watched all week to see if Kelce would use his bye week vacation to travel to Argentina, where Swift will perform two more concerts Friday and Saturday.

Online searches for flights and flight times from Kansas City to Buenos Aires have been popular this week.

Swifties expressed disappointment on social media that Kelce was a no-show at Swift’s first concert on Thursday, but changed their tune when news spread that Kelce was at a gala in Kansas City for the Chiefs quarterback’s charity, 15 and the Mahomies Foundation.

Photos of him at the event made their way to social media, where people began urging him to hop a plane to Argentina and wishing him safe travels.

This is the first time Kelce has reciprocated and gone to see Swift where she works — not counting the Eras Tour show in July at at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, where he tried to give Swift a friendship bracelet with his phone number.

Swifties who keep track of her every move have plotted out possible dates they could spend time together in their busy schedules.

(What, is there a Tay Tay war room somewhere that we don’t know about?)

After the three shows in Argentina, Swift performs Nov. 17, 18 and 19 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The next day on Monday, Nov. 20, the Chiefs play a Super Bowl rematch against the Eagles at Arrowhead. That is Thanksgiving week.

On Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, Swift begins a three-night stand in São Paulo, Brazil, which are her last shows of 2023.

During the Thursday concert, as she’s done at each Eras Tour show, Swift added two surprise songs to the set list. She sang “The Very First Night” and “Labyrinth.”

And social media went wild over the way she smiled when she sang, “Oh no, I’m falling in love again.”
