Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner are young, hip parents and 3-year-old daughter Stormi is reaping the benefits of their relaxed vibe — especially when it comes to bedtime. In a new CR Men cover story featuring Scott, the rapper revealed their “natural” approach to raising Stormi.

“She’s so fire because she goes to sleep now,” Scott told the outlet. “We try to do a more natural vibe [with parenting], like more self-discipline. Like, ‘Okay, you know you got to go to bed at 9, are you going to stay up till 11 or are you going to go to sleep now?’ And it’s so cool [to hear her say], ‘I’m going to sleep ya’ll!'”

Wow, that is very cool. And it’s equally amazing that Stormi agrees to go to sleep, when toddlers tend to come up with creative excuses to drag bedtime out for as long as possible. We’ve heard everything from endless requests for glasses of water, multiple trips to the potty, searching for stuffed animals, and of course, the often effective (and sweetly manipulative) “Just one more hug?” technique.

The celebrity couple’s parenting choices have been on display before through their lavish StormiWorld birthday parties and gifts: For example, Scott recently brought a full-size yellow school bus home to surprise Stormi, who had been asking to ride on one and last Christmas he presented his daughter with her own Cinderella-style carriage.

While Jenner and Scott split in October 2019 after two years of dating, they are dedicated to co-parenting Stormi. And they are now expecting their second child together with Jenner showing off her growing baby bump in a sexy Instagram pic over the weekend.

Despite some of their more controversial parenting moves, Scott and Jenner are obviously very devoted to their daughter. Scott has previously shared how Stormi has become his muse, inspiring his music and art.

And last year he explained how he and Jenner are raising Stormi to be a strong feminist: “I feel like it’s way more important now to protect our young Black daughters, women, making sure they have the knowledge of just how to carry yourself, how to move in this world, how to be strong, how to not even be scared to take that risk on any idea, jump out on any activity,” he said, according to E!.

We’re sure that Jenner and Scott will be equally devoted to their next baby, but we hope they’re prepared for how different each child can be. While Stormi may be cool with “self-discipline,” baby number 2 may force them to adjust their parenting style.
