PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The Portland Rose Festival and parade season is coming up and they’re looking for volunteers.

It’s not just any volunteers though, the Rose Festival needs clowns!

Now if you’re thinking, “I’m not a trained clown,this isn’t for me,” you’re wrong, you don’t need any previous official training to become a clown.
