Trean Insurance: Q4 Earnings Snapshot

WAYZATA, Minn. (AP) _ Trean Insurance Group, Inc. (TIG) on Wednesday reported earnings of $8.1 million in its fourth quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Wayzata, Minnesota-based company said it had profit of 16 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 22 cents per share.

The company posted revenue of $39.2 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $90.8 million, or $2.07 per share. Revenue was reported as $128.9 million.

Trean Insurance shares have climbed 30% since the beginning of the year.
