Tremendous 10 poll includes state champion and district champions

Winter Haven sophomore Alyvia Logan (girls weightlifting) won the overall district championship at 169 pounds with a total lift of 325 pounds. She also won the snatch district title with a lift of 110 pounds.

Lakeland Christian senior Rally Fox (boys soccer) continued his hot play by scoring three goals vs. George Jenkins and two against Santa Fe Catholic. He has eight goals in his last five games and a team-leading 27 goals.

George Jenkins right back Erika Boatwright (girls soccer) played defense for the first time since she was 9 or 10 and helped prevent Lakeland Christian from scoring in the course of play. Both of the Vikings' goals came on set pieces.

Lakeland's Esler Arteaga scored one goal and added two assists to give him six goals and three assists for the season.

McKeel senior Sabrina Bradley (girls basketball) averaged 13.0 points, 5.5 rebounds and 2.0 steals in two games.

Lakeland goalkeeper Ella Sebree (girls soccer) came up with several key saves during regulation against Winter Haven. In the penalty kick shootout, she scored a goal and came up with a big save that helped the Dreadnaughts capture the Premier bracket title of the Polk County tournament.

Davenport's Alexis Anstadt (girlst weightlifting) became the first district champion for the new school. She lifted 95 pounds to win the snatch in the unlimited weight class at the 1A-12 district meet. She then won the overall title with a total lift of 260 pounds.

Lake Gibson's Frank Solórzano (wrestling) defeated Tampa Jesuit's Josiah Jenkins in the 182-pound match to clinch the Braves' victory in the Class 2A duals state championship.

George Jenkins senior Dallas Dickey (girls weightlifting) had a total lift of 320 pounds to win the 183-pound weight class at the 3A-11 district meet. Her total was the highest of any lifter among all weight classes at the meet.

Fort Meade seventh-grader Elizabeth Perez (girls soccer) scored the Miners' first goal and assisted on the second goal in Fort Meade's 4-0 victory over Lake Region in the Premier bracket's third-place game.
