Glen Michael Brooks Sr., 76, of Pasco, died Oct. 15 in Kennewick.
He was born in Spokane and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.
He was a retired business owner.

Lorna Marie Brooks, 68, of Pasco, died Oct. 14 in Pasco.
She was born in Moscow, Idaho, and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.
She was a homemaker.

Angela “Angel” Lynn Hart, 50, of Kennewick, died Oct. 15 in Pasco.
She was born in Kennewick and was a lifelong Kennewick resident.
She was the billing manager for Swift Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation.

Aspen Nevaeh Hart, 18, of Kennewick, died Oct. 15 in Pasco.
She was born in Richland and was a lifelong Kennewick resident.
She was a student at Heritage University.

Cindi Kay Carrell, 62, of Benton City, died Oct. 16 in Benton City.
She was born in Portland, Ore., and had lived in the Tri-Cities for two and a half years.
She was a retired registered nurse after serving as a lieutenant colonel for the Air Guard.

William H. Franklin Jr.
William Henry Franklin Jr., 77, of Kennewick, died Oct. 16 in Kennewick.
He was born in Orange, N.J., and had lived in the Tri-Cities for two years.
He was the retired head of finance and information technology for Matanuska Telephone Association.

John H. Holbrook
John H. Holbrook, 76, of Richland, died Oct. 16 in Richland.
He was born in Harlan, Ky., and had lived in the Tri-Cities since 1992.
He was a retired scientist for Battelle.
