James ‘Jim’ Edward Black

James ‘Jim’ Edward Black, 67, of Pasco, died Aug. 15 in Pasco.

He was born in Pasco and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.

He was a retired Teamster with Union 839.

Mueller’s Greenlee Funeral Home, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.

Clifford C. Comstock

Clifford Clarence Comstock, 78, of Benton City, died Aug. 10 at home.

He was born in Yamhill, Ore., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 47 years.

The U.S. Navy veteran was a retired millwright at the Hanford site.

Hillcrest Funerals and Cremation, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.

Gregory D. Webber

Gregory Duke Webber, 68, of Kennewick, died Aug. 16 in Richland.

He was born in Longmont, Colo., and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1974.

He was a retired business owner of ServiceMaster.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.

Emilio Lopez Torres

Emilio Lopez Torres, 74, of Richland, died Aug. 16 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

He was born in El Aguacate Los Reyes, Michoacán México, and lived in the Tri-Cities for two years.

He was a retired construction engineer.

Donald J. Farquhar Jr.

Donald Joseph Farquhar Jr., 90, of West Richland, died Aug. 16.

He lived in West Richland for 38 years and was a retired electrical engineer.
