Lester M. Daniels, 87, of Richland, died March 26 at Columbia Crossing Memory Care in Kennewick.

He was born in Butte, Mont., and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1978.

He was a retired member of Plumbers & Steamfitters Local 598 and Boilermakers Local 502.

Jesus ‘El Bos’ Gustavo Palma

Jesus “El Bos” Gustavo Palma, 75, of Pasco, died March 25 at home.

He was born in Puerto Barrios, Guatemala, and lived in the Tri-Cities area for 51 years.

He was retired auto mechanic.

Chesley W. Phillips

Chesley William Phillips, 78, of Pasco, died March 25 in Pasco.

He was born in Durant, Okla., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 46 years.

Diego Sixtos Jacinto, 27, of Pasco, died March 23 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

He was born in San Agustin del Pulque, Michoacan, Mexico, and lived in the Tri-Cities for eight years.

He was a laborer in meat processing.

Lloyd Albert Maxwell, 86, of Grandview, died March 26 in Grandview.

He was born in Logan, Utah, and was a longtime Lower Yakima Valley resident.
