Harold Lee Garrison, 77, of Richland, died July 4 in Kennewick.

He was born in Detroit, Mich., and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1976.

He was the owner of Garrison’s Home Appliances.

Emogene ‘Jeanie’ Welch

Emogene “Jeanie” Welch, 79, of Richland, died July 4 in Richland.

She was born in Morgantown, W.V., and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.

She was the retired CEO of Goodwill Industries.

Einan’s at Sunset, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.

Eldon Q. Runge

Eldon Quincy Runge, 91, of Kennewick, died July 6 in Kennewick.

He was born in Afton, Okla., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 55 years.

He was a retired tactical response team member for the Hanford Patrol.

Pedro Medina Valdez

Pedro Medina Valdez, 84, of Pasco died July 7 in Pasco.

He was born in Luis Moya, Zacatecas, Mexico, and lived in the Tri-Cities for a year.

He was the retired owner of a tire business.

Charles ‘Charlie’ B. Slover Jr.

Charles “Charlie” B. Slover Jr., 81, of Pasco, died July 4 in Pasco.

He was born in Middlesboro, Ken., and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1992.

He was a retired ochardist and orchard manager.

Bonnie A. Lozeau

Bonnie Ann Lozeau, 62, of Pasco, died July 3 in Pasco.

She was born in Missoula, Mont., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 15 years.

She was an agricultural laborer.
