She was born in Duluth, Minn., and lived in the Tri-Cities area for one year.

She was a retired office clerk for Grainger.

Guillermina Contreras Farias

Guillermina Contreras Farias, 59, of Pasco, died July 28 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

She was born in Corongoros, Jalisco, Mexico, and lived in Pasco for 25 years.

She was a homemaker.

Elisa Garza Ramos

Elisa Garza Ramos, 39, of Pasco, died July 16 at home.

She was born in Mountain Home, Idaho, and lived in the Tri-Cities over 20 years.

Janice A. Drye

Janice Ann Drye, 85, of Kennewick, died July 27 in Kennewick.

She was born in Monroe, Wis., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 10 years.

She was a retired law professor.

Charles ‘Charlie’ F. Card

Charles “Charlie” F. Card, 86, of Prosser, died July 12 in Lakeside, Ore.

He was born in Mason City, Wash. and lived in Prosser since 1993.

He was a retired lineman for Chelan County PUD.
