Tri-County Mystery Meets holding Valentine's Day themed show

Jan. 25—BARBOURVILLE — Tri-County Mystery Meets is back with a show called "Cupid 2.0" in honor of Valentine's Day.

The show will take place in Barbourville on February 11 and in Corbin on February 18.

The performances will feature six short plays — all of which will have themes centered around love.

The show will also feature musical numbers and audience involvement, with seven audience members supposedly holding secret clues about the how the story will unfold.

The Barbourville show will be held at The Oven Mitt and will feature a special "Super Bowl Menu" that will include chili or soup, meatballs, little smokies, chicken wings, cheese balls, chips and dip and a charcuterie type arrangement of fruit, vegetables, meats, cheeses, etc.

The Oven Mitt is located at 314 Knox Street in Barbourville. Doors open at 1:30 p.m. and the show will begin at approximately 2 p.m.

For the Corbin performance, the show will be held at the Train Station and will be catered by local restaurant Kendall's Kitchen.

Kendall's Kitchen will be providing a charcuterie style platter.

The Train Station is located at 4672 5th Street Road in Corbin. The show is scheduled to begin at 2:30 p.m.
