The Tribute in Light is a wonderful way for all of New York and miles around to remember their loved ones and NY's strength; to continue unfinished healing and continue moving forward in peace in forever changed lives. Just as before and even now my prayers continue for those families directly and indirectly affected by those horrifying days; God Bless them and God Bless the United States of America.

I miss the buildings for their beauty, the memories made there with my lost family and I miss the loved ones of others that perished that day. I thank the artist who came up with the idea for this art installation.

I live 25 Miles outside of Manhattan and I can see these lights from my house in the Suburbs of Westchester. I remember the first time I saw them and I was like no way!!!! Every year I look forward to this. "LET'S ROLL" "NEVER FORGET"

Don't know however, it uses 88 refrigerator sized Xeon spotlights rated at 7000 watts each spotlight (44 to represent each tower of the WTC x 2 = 88 x 7000 watts = 616,000 watts !!!

Man I really miss pre-911 times. . .a feeling of lost innocence,if you will. Now it seems every one has buckled under the excess security measures. Flying is no longer a fun adventure, walk into a street fair and the is heavy armed Police with SWAT trucks present. Go out boating, same thing. Things really did change.

the tribute in light SHOULD have been a couple dozen hydrogen bombs going off in libya, iran, iraq, saudi arabia, two extra for mecca in particular, afghanistan, pakistan, and basically everything north of johannesberg south africa.
